In-Person Change Management Certification Program (Accommodation Type)

Prosci’s Change Management Certification Program is an interactive, three-day learning experience where participants gain the knowledge, skills and tools to drive successful change initiatives.

During the program, they apply Prosci’s holistic change management methodology to a current project.

By the end of the program, participants have the foundation of a Change Management Plan to address and enhance a specific project.

The program is designed as a "accommodation type" that includes hotel accommodation and meals during the program period.

Requirements for qualification

This program is a qualification program for Prosci Change Management Methodology. To certify the qualification, it is necessary to meet the following requirements.

・Participate in entire 3 days

・Pass the Knowledge Check conducted on Day1 and Day 2

・Prepare and participate in the presentation held on Day 3, and submit the deliverables

If the number of registered attendees falls below the minimum-required number

We may cancel the program. In such case, the entire fee will be refunded to an account, or the customer may choose to attend a program of the same contents that will be given in any other schedule.
