Ataway Japan K.K. (hereinafter "we") engages in business activities focused on business consulting services.The personal information collected from our employees and our customers through our business activities(hereinafter referred to as "Personal Information") is very important to us, and we recognize that it is ourprimordial social responsibility to protect Personal Information without fail.Based on this recognition, we handle Personal Information collected through our business activities inaccordance with the following policy to provide "peace of mind" to our customers and employees and tofulfill our social responsibility to protect Personal Information.

Continued improvement・Our Personal Information Protection Management System supervises and audits our compliance withinternal regulations and works to detect any breach, incident, accident or vulnerability to PersonalInformation, and is reviewed by executive management. Fee for Request for Disclosure or Notification of Purpose of UseFor each request for disclosure of Personal Information or for notification of purpose of use, a fee of 500 yen (tax included) is charged.Please enclose a postal money order for the amount of 500 yen with the documents to be submitted.The cost of the postal money order and the postage fee incurred in sending the documents to us are to be borne by the customer.Please note that if the amount of the enclosed fee is short of the prescribed amount or if the customer has failed to enclose the fee, we will not be able to make the requested disclosure or notification of purpose of use.

6. Method of Response to Request for Disclosure, etc.We respond in writing to requests and send the response to the address of the requesting person indicated in the request form.
