Consumption tax, bank charges, travel expenses to the place of Program and expenses incurred during the duration of the program are to be borne by the customer.

Please register for a program following the instructions on the website. * Upon completion of the registration, an email titled “Payment Instructions” will be sent to you. After payment of the program fee by the indicated “payment due date,” a registration confirmation email will be sent to you promptly by email.If you do not receive the registration confirmation email on program by email within 5 business days of the payment, please contact us via our contact page. * “Business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, national holidays or any other holidays specified by Ataway Japan K.K.

Complete payment must be received within 10 business days from the effective date mentioned in the Payment Instructions email you receive or 5 business days before the program starts, whichever comes earlier. * Your spot will be secured once payment is fully received. * “Business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, national holidays or any other holidays specified by Ataway Japan K.K.

If payment is not made by the above “Payment due date”, the registration will be canceled.

Following rules apply to cancellation or change of schedule after the registration for program for the customer’s reason. Until the 41st business day prior to the start date of program: Cancellation acceptable/change of schedule acceptable.* Cancellation: The entire fee less bank charges will be refunded.* Change of schedule: Transferred to the program in other schedule with vacancy without charge for the change. Between the 40th business day and the 21st business day prior to the start date of program: Cancellation not acceptable/change of schedule acceptable.* Cancellation: Fee will not be refunded.* Change of schedule: 75% of the fee can be transferred to the program in other schedule with vacancy. 25% of the fee is payable as charge for the change. Between the 20th business day and the 11th business day prior to the start date of program: Cancellation not acceptable/change of schedule acceptable.* Cancellation: Fee will not be refunded.* Change of schedule: 50% of the fee can be transferred to the program in other schedule with vacancy. 50% of the fee is payable as charge for the change. Between the 10th business day prior to the start date of program and the start date: Cancellation not acceptable/change of schedule not acceptable.* Cancellation: Fee will not be refunded.* Change of schedule: Schedule cannot be changed. Request of cancellation or change of schedule is accepted during 10:00-17:00 on weekdays, only from the page for inquiry shown in the column of “Contact”. (if the request is sent after 17:00, the request will be received on the next business day) If the number of registered attendees falls below the minimum-required number of attendees if instructor is not available due to incident/strike of public transportation, riot, natural disaster, etc. or if there is any other reason to make the provision of  difficult, we may unavoidably cancel the seminar. In such case, the entire fee paid by the customer will be refunded to an account designated by the customer. The customer may otherwise choose to attend a seminar of the same contents that will be given in any other schedule. * “Business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, national holidays or any other holidays specified by Ataway Japan K.K.
